Support & paid SLA options (where available)

For our LMS setup/support services, we offer selectable support tiers with:

• Response-time options: 1-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour response time
• Request limits: options range from 1 request to unlimited requests (depending on the package)

If you purchase a specific SLA tier, please refer to your service agreement for the exact response window and request limits that apply to your package.

Typical scheduling expectations

We accept inquiries by email and phone and will follow up by email. At this time, we do not publish routine office hours or standard project-duration timelines for common engagements (such as LMS setup or course production).
